Marriage License Services Available at Select PLYMC Locations The Public Library of Youngstown & Mahoning County
Certified copies of Mahoning County marriage licenses are available at select PLYMC branches. Copies can also be requested by U.S. Mail from the Probate Court. PLYMC Locations: Main Library, Austintown, Brownlee Woods Hours: Library hours Fee: $3.50 (payment is by cash only) Required information: Names of both parties (maiden name if applicable), date of the marriage and the number of copies requested.
